tt refers to the top tube length. that is where you would measure from the middle of the seat tube to the middle of the head tube, to get the length of the frame.

being a full cro-mo f&f, there should be no probs with jumping it! maybe the rims might not hold up for long , but the f&f could take a pretty good beating!
